I purchased this for my special needs son who has a Craniofacial syndrome which affects his breathing, muscle tone and balance. We have been working with an exercise physiologist and when the gym closed down due to Covid I asked him what I should get for my son to continue working out at home. He told me the lateral was a must. I researched and found helix. I spoke to the salesperson and he told me about this model and we purchased it. My son uses it daily. He no longer needs a Cpap to sleep and he is stronger than ever. His doctors are impressed with how well he is doing. He has confidence, high self esteem and feels great. His gait has improved and his muscle tone increased. I started using it as well and it definitely tones and makes you work.
